Description
Apple cake with boost herbal tea
When I have apples that are already a bit wrinkled, I like to turn them into apple cake. For a change, I added a boost of herbal tea to this recipe. The combination of the apples with rosemary, lemon and ginger is very nice. It gives some extra spice to this cake. Highly recommended!

How long can you store a fresh cake?
- A cake can usually take about stored for 3-4 days at room temperature in an airtight container or wrapped in aluminium foil.
- If you want to keep the cake longer, you can keep it in the fridge , around 5-7 days where it remains tenable.
- You can also make the cake freeze to keep it longer, where it can be kept up to 3 months to be sustainable.
