For today, each of our "artisans" is still located in the region of Occitanie. But it is also called the land of the Katarians. This area is located on the Mediterranean Sea and stretches as far as the Pyrenees Mountains. With its mountain peak of almost 2500 m and its 47 km long beaches, the Aude therefore has many different climates. It will therefore not surprise you that this country has a lot to offer.
