Kina karo

In 1928 in the picturesque village of Fabrezan, in the Corbières, André Carreau, a local interested in the medicinal properties of quinine. With this, he developed an authentic and invigorating aperitif. With bottles in hand, he left for a game of pétanque with his friends. This aperitif caught on and the first Kina Karo was born.
