Perfect for ending a festive meal.



For 4 persons:



Mix the sour cream and the sweet chestnut cream until homogeneous.

Add the 3 egg yolks and stir to combine.

Add a pinch of salt to the egg whites and beat the egg whites until stiff.

Gently lift the egg white under the mixture.

Put the mixture in a nice verrine and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

You can optionally decorate the glass with a little cocoa powder and a slice of orange.
