Cuvée Marcelin Albert
Is a beautiful red Minervois wine with a vivid tribute to the emblematic character at Argeliers, Marcelin Albert*. This wine therefore immediately caresses the palate after its 12-month ageing in oak barrels. Located at the winery; Le Grand Celièr. It is a typical Minervois wine with aromas of blackcurrants and a delicately spicy mouth, the red colour is dark and intense. It reveals a nose of red fruit, spices and vanilla.
Degustation and preparation: This Cuvée Marcelin Albert perfectly accompanies red meat and game. Equally to enjoy with magret de canard as well as baked ceps.
Tip: Let the wine breathe for about 20 minutes before tasting.
