The OXXiTAN Littoral French gin (44) organic is a tribute to the nature and culture of Occitania. The herbs used are all from the region: juniper, thyme, strawflower, rosemary and more.
Each maceration is carefully carried out to best preserve the aromas and properties of the plants. The distillation creates a gin with a fine and exceptional aromatic complexity.

The story behind OXXiTAN Littoral French gin (44):
It is in the small village of Albas, with 78 inhabitants, nestled between vineyards and garrigues, that the idea of this Gin is born. François, a native of the Belgian Ardennes settled in the Corbières more than 15 years ago after discovering this 'terroir' while grape-picking.
Together with local shepherdess Camille, François goes in search of the best herbs, for their taste and smell.
The result far exceeded expectations: alchemy worked between the 11 Mediterranean herbs and organic wheat alcohol. The result is a sublime organic French gin.
Ingredients:
Angelica root, immortelle, thyme, chamomile, lemongrass, rosemary, cinnamon, coriander, heather, lemon verbena and of course juniper berries. Lemon and orange peel.
Serving tip:
Add 4 cl of OXXiTAN Littoral gin to a glass with ice cubes and mix with 8 cl of neutral tonic.
Decorate with a slice of lemon or orange and, as a finishing touch, add a sprig of rosemary or lemongrass.
