We had so many plums this year that the branches were hanging to the ground. We had never experienced this before. And to avoid waste, you have to look for original recipes.
This yellow plum jam with rosemary is surprising, tasty and easy to make!
Use plums that are well ripe, as this will give the jam more flavour.



  • Wash and stone the plums
  • Cut them into pieces and put them in a saucepan.
  • Add the juice of the lemon
  • Add the rosemary
  • Cook for 20 minutes on a gentle heat
  • Add the sugar and stir until it is dissolved
  • Cook again for 20 minutes on a low heat.
  • Pour the jam into warm sterilised jars and close them with a lid
  • Invert the jars until completely cooledBest stored in a cool, dark place
