Description

Large green olives Lucques-AOP 200g from the Languedoc region is the French olive variety par excellence. The olives have a fresh green colour and are shaped like a half moon. The flesh is crunchy and it has a mild, rich flavour without bitterness.

The olives are guaranteed to come from the Herault and l’Aude regions. They grow in relatively small orchards (300/400 olive trees per ha). The maintenance of the trees is done with respect for nature. The olives are picked by hand at the end of September/beginning of October.
