Origin garrigue honey:

This is honey derived from the flowers of the garrigue. The garrigue is a type of Mediterranean landscape consisting mainly of dry, rocky soil and low shrubs such as thyme, rosemary and lavender. But also boxwood, holm oak and the local species of pine; pin d’Alep.
It is typical of the region around the Mediterranean Sea in southern France. And is also known for its aromatic fragrances and diverse flora and fauna. The garrigue is an important ecosystem and is often associated with Mediterranean cuisine because of the herbs that grow there.
