The L’Oulibo cooperative: This cooperative is a solidary and honest enterprise. It enables producers in the region to make a living from their activity and to see their work and know-how valued. The olive growers of Oulibo all share the same passion: A terroir vol full of wealth, carefully preserved traditions and a know-how that has been passed on from generation to generation. With almost 1000 members, the cooperative receives olives from three departments: Aude, Hérault and Pyrénées-Orientales. It therefore certifies 100% regional products. They undertake to apply a very precise quality charter.
Preparation and tasting: Olive oil extra virgin Bio50cl is highly recommended for enhancing dishes. It is an extremely interesting and healthy ingredient to enrich salads. But also for making a southern vinaigrette.
