Origin :

This product originated in Brittany, a region in western France famous for its tradition of making salted caramel. Indeed, the use of salted butter, a signature ingredient from Brittany, gives this caramel its unique flavour. Mélodie, of Breton origin, follows the traditional recipe, in which salted butter and sugar are slowly worked into a creamy, golden caramel.
