Logo love la foretThis one is rightfully the king of mushrooms. The dried cep mushrooms are hand-picked by Alex and Andy and selected for quality. They are also called porcini, boletes or cepes. The mushroom has a nutty, mild flavour and a firm texture. Their high protein content makes them very nutritious and healthy.

Preparation and tasting:

It is best to rehydrate the ceps before using. Above all, don't throw away the liquid. Because you can incorporate these into a tasty sauce. Cooking dried ceps is then a fun culinary experience.
