How to use cep mushroom powder?
- Cepes risotto: Add a spoonful of cepes powder to your risotto to add a deep, earthy flavour.
- Porcini sauce: Or mix the powder with warm milk or cream to make a delicious sauce that goes perfectly with pasta, meat or vegetables.
- Cepes butter: Mix the powder into some softened butter and season with some salt and pepper. Then use this delicious cepes butter to spread on your grilled meat or fish for an extra dimension of flavour.
