It enables producers in the region to make a living from their activity and to see their work and know-how valued. The olive growers of Oulibo all share the same passion: A terroir<\/em> vol full of wealth, carefully preserved traditions and a know-how that has been passed on from generation to generation. With almost 1000 members, the cooperative receives olives from three departments: Aude, H\u00e9rault and Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Orientales. It therefore certifies 100% regional products.
