• Thyme has a very aromatic flavour and is used against infections and respiratory diseases

Instructions for use:

After meals or before going to bed, put 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea for digestion bio 60g in a tea ball. And let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes in water at 80°. Avoid boiling water as the tea will lose its goodness.
