Serve this tomato dip sauce with strips of anchovies at room temperature. Because this adds to the flavour.

  • Spread the tapenade on toasted bread and top with slices of mozzarella and basil for a delicious bruschetta.
  • Use the tapenade as a base for a delicious pasta sauce. Add some extra olive oil and fresh herbs and mix with cooked pasta.
  • Serve the tapenade as a dip with crudité vegetables, crackers and baguettes at a party or get-together.

Tomato pulp (59%), sun-dried tomatoes, anchovy fillet (8.5%), black olives, tomato sauce, olive oil, garlic, cornstarch, almond nut, salt, onion, black pepper
