Breeding, a passion:
Arthur learned the trade from experienced "manadiers" who have been in the business for over 40 years. A Biòu is an ox or a bull in Provençal. The Manade Arthur Naga is a breeding farm of "Raço di Biòu" following the example of the Camargue culture. These cows and bulls with their "lyre-shaped" horns live in freedom and open air all year round. They graze daily on several dozen hectares, located between Narbonne and Saint-Laurent-de-la-Cabrerisse. This way, they spend their time in a varied landscape of rice fields and its wild nature. Unlike most cattle farms, his cattle remain 'wild' and are only treated during mandatory health checks. Most of the cattle handling is done on horseback.
The cattle are fed only grass and hay, so there is no flour or industrial food supplements! Therefore, the products from the breeding farm are healthy and natural.
For several years, Manade Arthur Naga has been a member of the first farm sales and reception network "Bienvenue à la ferme".
