Composition:

• Thyme (40%) has a very aromatic flavour and is used against infections and respiratory diseases
• Rosemary (25%) is a lovely-smelling herb, cleanses the blood and is bactericidal
• Eucalyptus '20%) has a lovely fresh taste and helps against headaches, a blocked nose and a cough.
• Mint (15%) Is good against inflammation and recommended to drink with sore throat

Instructions for use:

After meals or before going to bed, put 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea for digestion bio 60g in a tea ball. And let it steep for 5 to 10 minutes in water at 80°. Avoid boiling water as the tea will lose its goodness.
