Making a filled egg
Looking for a tasty and simple appetiser? Then try these stuffed eggs with cep powder. The nutty flavour of the cep comes into its own when combined with the hard-boiled egg. I usually serve 3 to 4 half eggs per person.
Ingredients:
- 8 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of ceps powder
- fleur de sel with ceps for the finishing touches
Preparation:
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and carefully cut them into 2
Remove the egg yolk with a teaspoon and put them in a bowl
Add the mayonnaise
Add the cep powder and mix into a homogeneous mass
Put in a piping bag and fill the eggs
To finish off, you can sprinkle the eggs with a little fleur de sel.
