Follow our simple steps to create these delectable stuffed eggs with porcini mushrooms yourself and surprise yourself and your guests with a unique and tasty treat.
I usually provide 3 to 4 half eggs per person.


Making stuffed egg:

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and carefully cut them into 2
  • Remove the egg yolk with a teaspoon and put them in a bowl
  • Add the mayonnaise
  • Add the cep powder and mix into a homogeneous mass
  • Put in a piping bag and fill the eggs
  • To finish off, you can sprinkle the eggs with a little fleur de sel.

You can also use this preparation for an egg salad. In that case, just crush the ingredients with a fork and mix carefully. You can then spread them on toast or eat them with your sandwich.
