Description
Sel Fou n°1 2 3 (330g) or Gruissan coarse sea salt, subtly seasoned. The ideal seasoning as a must-have! These glass salt pots and lids are elegant and also look good on the kitchen shelf!
- n°1 Provençal dishes: pepper, rosemary, coriander, fennel, thyme and ground chillies.
- n°2 Fish dishes: curcuma, zest of lemon, zest of orange and blue poppy.
- n°3 Moroccan dishes: molokhia spice, echalote, mustard and caraway spice.
The salt strength is equal to that of the well-known traditional kitchen salt. But due to the traditional drying of the sea water, it contains up to 75% less sodium and this for an equivalent taste. It is a handy thing to have in the kitchen, to sprinkle on your dishes and to season them.
