Savoury vegetable tart vegetarian: fennel tart with goat cheese
In winter, it is sometimes difficult to cook with seasonal vegetables. This savoury vegetable tart with fennel and goat cheese is very tasty and easy to prepare.
Serve with a little lettuce and a simple vinaigrette based on wine vinegar and olive oil.
In this recipe, I made a dough with sourdough. But you could just as easily make a simple bread dough or buy a cake dough.
Preheat the oven to 180°
Remove the branches and hard parts of the fennel
Finely chop the fennel and onion
Fry everything in the pan in a little olive oil for 10 minutes
Add 2 tablespoons of honey and caramelise the vegetables
Put the dough in a pie dish
Put the vegetable mixture on top
Add salt and pepper to taste
Add a tablespoon of honey and the goat cheese slices
Sprinkle with a little Provence herbs
Bake 30 minutes
