Recipe: guacamole with spirulina

Are you suffering from a winter dip, or just feel like using spirulina in a different way? Then this simple recipe comes highly recommended.

Spirulina is the second most complete nutritional supplement after breast milk. And it adds quite a nice flavour to dishes.... You can just put the spirulina in a yoghurt in the morning. But you can also prepare delicious recipes with it.

As I like to work with seasonal produce, I did not include tomatoes in this recipe. 

But you can add diced tomatoes, or garlic, as desired.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon "spirulina twigs BIO"
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons spices to taste (coriander, chilli, etc ...)

Mix all ingredients
