Honey biscuits with herbs of Provence

- 150 gr flour
- 50 gr butter
- 50 gr sugar
- 40 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons Maquis honey.
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Provencal herbs
Preparation and tasting:
Let the butter melt in the pan and cool slightly. Then mix the flour, sugar and baking powder. Add the milk, the Maquis honey, the Provencal herbs and the lukewarm butter. Mix this into a homogeneous dough. Roll small balls and flatten them slightly with the palm of your hand. Bake the biscuits in the oven at 170° degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Let it taste good!
