Focaccia with sage
This focaccia with sage is easy to make with very few ingredients. You can serve it with a tomato-based dipping sauce. Or simply with a crispy salad!
Ingredients for 1 focaccia with sage
Before preparing the dough
- 300g flour
- 1 sachet dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 175 ml lukewarm water
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
For the finishing touch of the focaccia;
Preparation focaccia with sage:
Dissolve the yeast in a glass with a little lukewarm water and a teaspoon of sugar. Put the flour on the work surface and make a well. Add yeast and start kneading.
When the dough has risen, press it flat with your hands on a baking tray. Then make small "holes" in it with your fingers and pour in a little olive oil. Then add fleur de sel and sage leaves, which you press lightly into the dough.
