Description

Logo love la foretDried black trumpet

The dried black trumpet is also called trompette de la mort. It owes its name to its dark colour. The mushroom itself has a spicy and earthy flavour and can be prepared in the same way as chanterelles. A real flavour enhancer with game and meat dishes!

Preparation and tasting of dried black trumpet:

Even in small quantities, it gives sauces, soups, and all kinds of other dishes a typical spicy flavour with delicious aromas. You can rehydrate the black trumpet before using it by putting it in water for 15 minutes. Above all, do not throw away the liquid. You can incorporate these into a tasty sauce. Cooking with trompette de la mort is then a fun culinary experience.

J'utilise les champignons dans le pot-au-feu. Difficile à trouver, je suis contente de pouvoir les commander chez vous. Je recommande 👌
