This chutney is a sweet and sour snack made from pear and black fig. Combined with Mediterranean squid, it tastes very special! The ideas within French gastronomy are far from exhausted. It is like a sauce, a bit like a jam, which can give your dishes some extra flavour or pit.
Preparation and tasting:

- Or as an original touch to fish or cheese dishes!
- Make yourself a cod burger with Naan bread! Cut up some sweet onion and a head of lettuce. Then grill some cod burgers and toast the Naan bread or pita bread. Then spread some of the chutney of squid with pear & black fig on each piece of cod.
