The cassoulet is prepared on the Tardieu family's farm. No artificial agents are added to the recipe. Moreover, all the ingredients come exclusively from Aude, France.


  • 800g is a full meal for 2 people.
  • 1400g is a full meal for 4 people.

Preparation and tasting:

Preheat your oven to 160°C, put the contents in a baking dish. Let au gratin for about 45 minutes until a crispy crust appears. Serve with a fresh green salad accompanied by a red wine l'Epicurienne 2016. Let it taste good!

    We recently discovered this original cassoulet at the Christmas market in Leuven. Highly recommended because you can't make it yourself for that!
