Cassoulet with duck confit 800g is prepared in the traditional way on the Tardieu family farm. No artificial substances are added to the recipe. Moreover, all the ingredients come exclusively from Aude, France. The 800g cassoulet confit de canard is suitable for 2 to 3 persons.

Preparation and tasting: Preheat your oven to 220°C, first put the white beans in an oven dish and cover with the pieces of duck and sausages. Let it gratin for 15 to 20 minutes and then cover it with a sheet of aluminium foil. Then lower the oven temperature to 120°C. Serve it with a fresh green salad accompanied by a red wine l'Epicurienne 2016. Let it taste good!
