Description

Assortment of olives and tapenades is an assortment of southern French appetisers. For those who love an apero the Mediterranean way.

It is produced by the renowned cooperative of olive farmers "l'Oulibo". Mediterranean food, an art of living!

The L'Oulibo cooperative: This cooperative is a solidary and honest enterprise. It enables producers in the region to make a living from their activity and to see their work and know-how valued. The Oulibo olive growers all share the same passion: love for their terroir, carefully preserved traditions and a know-how that has been passed on from generation to generation. With almost 1000 members, the cooperative receives olives from three departments: Aude, Hérault and Pyrénées-Orientales. It therefore certifies 100% regional products. They undertake to apply a very precise quality charter.

Preparation and tasting: Assorted olives and tapenades are the perfect way to do an aperitif in the Mediterranean style. But you can also use them in a summer salad or a hot dish. Because who doesn't like a bit of spice with their meal?
