Kina karo

logo-finalIn 1928 in the picturesque village of Fabrezan, in the Corbières, André Carreau, a local interested in the medicinal properties of quinine. With this, he developed an authentic and invigorating aperitif. With bottles in hand, he left for a game of pétanque with his friends. This aperitif caught on and the first Kina Karo was born.

In 2020, Aurélien Carrelas breathes new life into this authentic recipe. He creates a bittersweet aperitif based on the old recipe. But with a new look.

The House of Kina Karo is a company that pays tribute to Occitan craftsmanship. With a good vision of consumption and responsible ethics.
