• Does Bonjour la douce France also send its products and gifts abroad?

Yes, so far we offer shipping outside of France to Belgium, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain. Depending on the shipping country, please allow for an average shipping period of 2 to 4 days. The shipping period starts as soon as the order has been prepared.

• Does the shop offer express delivery as well as bundled deliveries?

We aim to bundle each shipment as much as possible to reduce Co2. Therefore, we have divided the shipping days and spread them over the entire working week. Of course, if it is urgent, a delivery can be made within 24 hours in France. And in 48 hours an express delivery abroad is an option.

• What is the maximum weight of the shipment?

There is no minimum or maximum financial limit for your orders. However, if your order exceeds 15 kilos, you should contact Contact us to find the most suitable delivery method.
